Centordle

Centordle is the supreme Wordle challenge, requiring players to solve 100 five-letter word puzzles simultaneously. Every single guess is applied to all 100 boards, forcing players to use high-leverage words that maximize information and strategically clear the puzzles within the limited total guess count.

How to Solve 100 Words with 108 Guesses in Centordle

The game has the same rules as Wordle, but there are larger numbers of guessing words:

The Basics

The Goal: Correctly guess 100 different 5-letter words on 100 separate Wordle grids.

The Guessing: You enter a single 5-letter guess, and that guess is applied to all 100 grids at the same time.

The Attempts: You have 108 guesses to solve all 100 words.

Gameplay & Color Clues

The color clues work exactly as they do in the original Wordle, but you must keep track of them across all 100 boards:

  • 🟩 Green: The right position for those specific words.
  • 🟨 Yellow: The wrong position for those hidden words.
  • ⬜ Gray: Not included in the word for those specific puzzles.
  • Strategy for Centordle

Opening Guesses: Your first few guesses should be information-gathering. Use words that contain the most common letters (like A, E, R, T, O, I, N, S) and no repeated letters. This helps you narrow down possibilities for the largest number of puzzles.

Elimination Guesses: Use words containing letters that have not yet been tested (like Q, X, J, Z, V, K, W). These are usually best saved for mid-game to break difficult ties.

    Tracking Clues:

  • Look for letters that turn Green in multiple puzzles. These are the easiest to solve.
  • Letters that are Gray on a guess are gray for all 100 puzzles for that specific guess, which is powerful information to eliminate letters.
  • Carefully track the Yellow clues on each board to figure out the letter's correct placement.
  • Targeted Guesses: As you progress, you'll need to make guesses that are tailored to solve the remaining, harder words. You might use letters you know are present in a few words to try and get a final solution for them, even if those guesses don't provide new information for the remaining 90+ words.

Repeated Letters: Once a word has a lot of clues but isn't solving, remember that the answer might have a double letter (e.g., happy, error, level). You'll need to use a guess with a repeated letter to check this possibility.
