Hexordle

What Is Hexordle?

As you can see from its name, Hexordle is a cross between “Hexad” and “Wordle.” It’s easy to understand that it is a spin-off of the Wordle game but with 6 puzzles in each match (Hexad translates to six). Though Wordle has attracted millions of players, many folks get bored with only one puzzle daily. This is when Hexordle comes in with a 6x difficulty level.

How To Play The Hexordle Game

Your mission is to figure out 6 secret words in 11 tries, and they must be valid 5-letter English words. First, you can type a random word to get some hints. Press Enter to submit your guess, and the system will return some color clues:

  • If the tile switches to green, the character is in the solution word and is placed correctly.
  • If the tile turns yellow, the letter is included in the secret word, but it should be switched to other positions.
  • If the tile remains unchanged, you should omit that character in the next attempt.
  • Remember that each guess will be applied to all 6 words, so you should look at all the grids to collect hints. The letters on the keyboard will also change colors to help you develop a better strategy.

    The Two Modes In Hexordle

There are two modes when playing Hexordle:

  • Daily mode: With this setting, you can only play ONE game a day. Everyone will receive the same challenge, and you will lose if you can’t find the secret word before midnight. A new match will be released the next day.
