What Is MacWordle?

MacWordle is an addictive word-guessing game modeled on the Wordle NYT puzzle versions; however, it has a distinct Scot style when providing a hidden keyword in the Scot dialect.

Every day, the game gives players a mystery word to solve in six tries. There are hints—the colored change of the characters after each guess. From there, players can narrow down and exclude the letters not included in the keyword.

How To Play

Like other previous puzzle versions, MacWordle's display is easy to start. You can immediately play it when accessing our game page.

You'll begin filling in the first word with no suggestions. Using the virtual keyboard on the screen, click every letter to create a meaningful 5-letter word.

In the following guesses, you can rely on the game's hints to optimize your entering result.

Green letters: Reusing them in your next guess is best because they are in the keyword and in the spot.

Yellow letters: They are in the hidden word but wrong in the position. You need to change their order.

Gray letters: You can remove them in your guesses as they aren't in the word.

Due to the limited number of attempts, let's utilize these clues effectively. The task forces you to find the word in six tries.

MacWordle also sets up the score when the game is finished. Therefore, the sooner you guess exactly, the higher your point is. The game system will record your score if you choose to share.
