The name Peptirdle is just a wordplay implying that the game is a blend of the famous Wordle game and a term used for mentioning chains of amino acids called peptides.
Wordle is renowned for its simple but addictive gameplay in which players try their best to figure out which is the hidden five-letter English word. Yet, guessing ordinary words may not be exciting enough with chemistry enthusiasts. For this reason, a fan of these two aspects created Peptirdle to challenge players to guess words created based on the peptide rules.
In another saying, words created in the chemical-based puzzle game are constructed from the residue of the Peptides. Therefore, putting casual words in the guessing box of the Peptirdle game won't be allowed.
The Peptirdle game is designed with the common layout of many Wordle-like puzzle games. The game consists of a 5x6 grid including 5 columns and 6 rows. While the number of rows indicates the possible guesses players can make, the number of columns shows how many letters are contained in a word guess.
Players have to form a Peptides-based word that always starts with the "M" letter. Besides, the word consists of possible residue from valid Peptides. If you can come up with a potential answer, just type it in the grid and press Enter to submit.
The game will assess your answer and deliver feedback immediately. Notably, feedback is only available for approved guesses. If your guessed words don't obey the rules of the game, a red alert will show up, and you can't submit your answer.
